Doomraiser is a doom metal band from Rome, Italy formed in 2003. They call it Heavy Drunken Doom, which is traditional doom in fact. A 3 track demo is available for free at last.fm. There is also a 7" EP The old man to the child, which was limited to 300 copies. They have released an album entitled Lords of Mercy on Iron Tyrant in 2006. In 2009 the new album Erasing the Remembrance saw the light of day on Bloodrock Records/Black Widow Records. The band release their 3rd album Mountains of Madness (CD and LP limited Edition) on May 13rd 2011 again via Bloodrock Records/Black Widow Records.
