Stahlmann (Steel Man) is a German band formed in 2008 in Göttingen and is a part of the NDH music scene. The band initially consisted Mart and Alex, and was later joined by Tobi. The following year, 2009, the debut EP "Herzschlag" was released, with which the band got into the top 20 of the German Alternative Charts. Through concerts with renowned artists from the metal and medieval rock scene, such as Doro, In Extremo and Saltatio Mortis, Stahlmann built its reputation steadily. In 2010 Stahlmann went on a tour promoted by music magazine "Zillo". The debut album "Stahlmann" was released on 17 September 2010 through AFM Records. On 3 September they released the single "Hass Mich... Lieb Mich". Also in September 2010, Stahlmann supported Eisbrecher during their tour of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Their second album "Quecksilber" was released on 20 January 2012 and entered the German Album charts at number 39, thus proving to be a success. Discography.
