New England, USA (2014-Present) Formed as Devoid in 2014, Body Void is a sludge metal band originally from San Francisco, CA. The initial lineup consisted of Willow Ryan (guitar, vocals), Parker Ryan (bass), and Edward Holgerson (drums). They changed their name to Body Void in 2016 with the release of their debut album, Ruins. In 2019 they relocated to New England and have since become a duo.
