Bio

Amogh Symphony started as a project by Vishal J. Singh from Assam, India in 2004. The EP “Ashwamedh” was released in 2005 in the UK under Kollosal (now defunct) and was distributed in limited copies for reviews. The EP was recognized for influences in its unique progressive metal sound, ranging from eastern music to jazz, and gathered a positive reception from listeners and reviewers. “Abolishing the Obsolete System”, their first full-length album, was released in April 2009. In this album, Vishal played all the instruments himself and recorded himself. Around 200 physical copies were printed which were sold in 2 months on orders via online. The second studio album “The Quantum Hack Code” was released in 2010 with excellently talented and versatile American Drummer / Engineer Jim Richman from Virginia, United States of America. “The Quantum Hack Code” is a concept album set into futuristic world where machines control the planet. The album received positive attention from critics and non-professional listeners alike. The third studio album “Vectorscan” was released in 2014 with Multi-Instrumentalist and Producer extraordinaire Andrey Sazonov from Russia. “Vectorscan” is again a concept album about cosmic war between forces of good and evil. http://amoghsymphony.org/ https://amoghsymphony.bandcamp.com/ https://www.facebook.com/amoghsymphonymusic/ <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/Amogh+Symphony">Read more on Last.fm</a>.
