Few months after the split-up of french death metal trio Bloody Sign (1995-2010), guitar player Kalevi Uibo & drummer Ilmar Uibo found Chaos Echœs with the intent to transport their dark death metal to a black hole of improvisations and rituals, psychedelia and trance. Later joined by guitar player Etienne Testart (Children Of Doom, Evisceration) and bass player/visual artist Stefan Thanneur, the band build its sound during a couple of rehearsals in early 2012. This line-up is considered as the core of the Chaos Echœs entity.
