Kowloon Walled City is an American noise rock (early sludge metal) band from San Francisco, United States, formed in 2007. They take their name from a (now demolished) densely-populated, autonomous region of Hong Kong known for its brothels, casinos and opium dens. Members: Scott Evans - guitar, vocals; Jon Howell (Puig Destroyer, Less Art) - guitar; Ian Miller (Puig Destroyer, Less Art, Strangelight) - bass; Dan Sneddon (Early Graves) - drums.
