In January of 2003, Pete Scarlata, Chris Fragola, and Bryan Russo formed RENDER. Having met through mutual friends, they played together briefly in a former band, where together they realized a mutual ability to define their passion for music. Out of this they found the desire to rise above the ordinary landscape wallowing in the local club scene. This concept became the foundation that has been the driving force behind the bands purpose. After playing with several drummers, they recruited Adam Mitchell on drums to round out their sound. With their driving, cutting edge guitars and smooth, passionate vocal melodies, Render dares to stand apart from the crowd back home, confident in the simple energy and vision of their songs. Since the release of their LP, the band has performed at key Long Island, New York City, and Tri-State venues.
